CREATIVE DIRECTOR
We are working with a fast-growing B2B creative agency, who are looking for an integrated Creative Director with a track record of developing ideas for big brands and inspiring those around them.
This is an exciting new role for the agency, working closely with a large team of Creatives, helping to come up with innovative and inspiring solutions for their well-known global clients, being that a rebranding, a campaign or a winning pitch!
We are looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious & highly strategic with creative vision and a flair for developing ideas, with a strong passion for digital and new technologies.
The ideal person…
- Has a proven track record of developing ideas that win business, deliver on objectives and transcend culture – across multiple marketing channels
- Is an ambitious, conceptual thinker
- Has a strong understanding of all marketing communications channels and proven track record working on integrated campaigns
- Passionate about all things creative and able to inspire and drive the team to come up with ideas and concepts
- Must be equally comfortable directing concept teams/designers with an authority and clarity of vision, or tackling briefs personally on faster turnarounds
- Is a charismatic, immersive storyteller and pitcher/presenter
- Is a great team player and effective communicator
- Is a proactive problem-solver
- Can build relationships and trust with clients
- Digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of new technologies and social media.
