We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised and outgoing Traffic Coordinator to join one of our London-based clients and manage the running of their busy in-house creative studio!
You will be facilitating the ongoing work between internal clients and company's stakeholders and the design team, arranging project briefs and coordinating the workflow to ensure all the project are correctly assigned, prioritised and accounted for, as well as delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
We are looking for a very organised individual, with experience in studio workflow or traffic, with solid understanding of the creatives and print processes and strong communications skills.
You will be supporting the Head of Design, ensuring all steps of the process are followed through, from registration of a brief to final delivery. Understanding of graphic design and print production is essential.
You will be coordinating and scheduling creative work to ensure efficiency across the studio, as well as overseeing all administration tasks and maintaining reports.
It will also be requested that you deal with internal stakeholders, printers and third party suppliers.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably gained within an in-house studio
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel.
- Understanding of print production and creative process
- Resilient disposition, being able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communications and relationships skills
