Middleweight / Senior Designer - Packaging
Established, small/mid size leading integrated agency based in NW London is looking for a Middleweight / Senior Designer with packaging experience to join their team.

About the Middleweight / Senior Designer role:-
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the consistent implementation and roll out for the agency’s main client’s design platform across a very large portfolio of packaging products.
You’ll work closely with the client’s in-house design team to constantly keep on top fo the latest design developments and therefore you’ll play an essential role as a ‘brand guardian’.
In this multi-faceted hands on role, you will create artwork from briefing through to liaising with clients during the approval process. You’ll also mentor less experienced designers.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work on the whole packaging portfolio for a global, industry leading brand. A caplet design overhaul is planned for 2019/20 so this is a chance to get involved right from the start. You’ll work with a motivated and close-knot team of talented creatives, designers & production experts.
Key areas:-
- You have some experience mentoring more junior designers.
- You are equally happy talking about he big picture as you are keeping an eye on meticulous execution
- A love for typesetting and attention to detail is a must
- You love clear communication and ideally have a way with works (able to copy edit)
- You like to be client facing
- Speaking German is a BONUS!
