Senior Account Manager role working with an impressive 750 strong full-service marketing agency with a global network of offices including London, New York, Dubai, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Sydney. 

The agency develops and implements sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing campaigns for brands focused on B2B and B2C audiences. We are looking for Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role will play a critical role working for a clients’ Global Marketing Partnerships division. You will be working with an international business operating in multiple key markets who has interests in the cultural / lifestyle pillars of fashion & design, gaming, tech & science, culinary, music and entertainment. Consultancy on, and delivery of, brand collaborations – brand-to-brand, talent deals, event activation – is a central part of the role but you will also be working in a small but growing team responding to clients’ ad hoc briefs and helping identify fresh opportunities for their clients proactively, using the extensive company network.

    • Demonstrate awareness of and interest and passion for popular culture.  Specialism in one or experience in any number of the cultural pillars of design, tech & science, entertainment, gaming, culinary, music preferable and a distinct advantage
  • Research skills
    • Disciplined and motivated approach to researching subjects of interest
    • Ability to source and assimilate information from independent sources
    • Ability to learn and use social listening and analytics tools to validate research and insights
  • Talent Management
    • Flair for working with talent – fostering good relations between agency and brand and getting the best out of any collaboration
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret legal partnership contracts and the rights to implement them in practice 
  • Business Knowledge
    • Ability to quickly absorb and immerse in client business, category and specific challenges
  • Campaign/activation management and resourcing
    • Critical path planning, client management, delivery, budgeting, reporting and general administration
  • Proficiency in writing/designing decks

o Draft client proposals and pitch documents with clear thinking and insight

o  Fluency in using creative software PPT, Keynote, Adobe Suite

  • Strong team player

o Natural communicator who can work collaboratively with others but relied on to demonstrate initiative and take ownership of specific projects 

  • Digital and social media savvy

o  Understand all the channels and know how to navigate them for potential partners and collaborator analysis
