OFFICE ASSISTANT - GLOBAL FOOTWEAR BRAND - 9 MONTH TEMP CONTRACT!
We’re looking for an Office Assistant to join our client, a global footwear brand working in their studio, located in West London.
As an Office Assistant you’ll be part of a growing team, working alongside the Creative Project Manager to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently! Enthusiasm and strong client facing, communication skills are a must!
Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Providing general adhoc administration support to the Project Manager and Creative services team.
- Working with the Finance team as and when required; matching POs, filing, adhoc assistance.
- Providing administration support to the creative team: eg. Logging in jobs
- Managing Diaries and Scheduling
- Answering emails and phonecalls
- Chasing timesheets, inputting and creating the daily report.
- Help organise fun and creative staff social events!
Your Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Polite and clear telephone manner.
- Friendly team player, happy to help as and where needed.
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills!
- Amazing client facing, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Flexible and able to prioritise urgent tasks.
