We are working with the world’s leading Sports & Entertainment Marketing Agency who are looking for a talented & multi skilled Junior Creative Artworker to join their team, you will have the opportunity to work and learn on one of their largest clients, working across their incredible Global Partnerships portfolio. 

Working on an international business that operates in multiple markets that has partnership interests across Golf, Formula 1, Cricket and many more sporting and culture touchpoints. 

The Creative Artworker will form part of the dedicated client team, reporting into the Senior Designer and overseen by the Associate Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Be an enthusiastic Creative Artworker with a passion for contemporary layout and design, have attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • Support the Senior Designer and Associate Creative Director to create design solutions that answer and exceed client briefs
  • Execute designs tasks as instructed by the Senior Designer from Print to Branding, Content, Comms, Digital, Social (Live), Experiential and Events
  • Create bespoke designs, as well as make amends to existing artwork
  • Design and layout of presentation decks and materials for client presentations
  • Ensure standards for creative deliverables are maintained through to completion
  • Respond quickly to business and client needs (e.g., short timescale projects, last-minute requests, and last-minute changes)
  • Contribute to the development of standards and procedures set by the Senior Designer and ACD
  • Ensure that projects are housed in compliance with the server rules and regulations
  • Communicate with the Senior Designer, ACD and respective teams ensuring project deliverables are met

Knowledge and Experience:-

  • Working experience as a Creative Artworker
  • Experience in, or interest in, sports marketing
  • Design-related degree, or equivalent design ability, as evidenced through your portfolio
  • Be a people person; we succeed as a team
  • Demonstratable skills in key Adobe CC software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) as well as presentation tools (Keynote and PowerPoint)
  • A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
  • Understanding and/or interest in sports and entertainment
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive design, including Experiential, Print, Comms, Content, Social
  • (Live), Infographics, Logos, Icons, OOH (Out of Home) Signage, Event Graphics, etc.
  • Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
