GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER / £50K / LONDON EC2

We are excited to be working with the UK’s largest property services group, who have over 60 brands and 850 branches across the country and are looking for an experienced graphic design manager to join their busy in-house studio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Directly manage, inspire and motivate a small team of creatives 
  • Oversee the conception and design of brand and marketing collateral, from nationwide campaigns to supporting service departments
  • Hands-on graphic/digital design and brand development
  • Provide direction on projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines
  • Review and sign off all creative design work ensuring it’s effective, on-brand and free of errors
  • Maintain brand guidelines for over 60 brands and ensure their brand identity is used correctly across print and digital channels
  • Day to Day management of the team including monthly 121’s
  • Maintain relationships with third party creative agencies

Skills and attributes:

  • A good understanding of the principles of brilliant design with the emotional intelligence to craft campaigns that really connect with people
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect and influence people across all areas of the business 
  • The ability to lead the team to deliver outstanding work across traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-brand, environment
  • Be flexible and hands-on when circumstances require
  • A mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience:

  • Hands on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical abilities
