Union Jackson is a busy London based specialist creative recruitment co., working with the top creative agencies placing the cream of graphic designers, artworkers, web designers & developers in both permanent and freelance roles. We’re expanding and need keen and proactive Resourcers to support our senior consultants and help with a massive variety of recruitment tasks. You’ll help to source and brief candidates, create and post job adverts, make client introductions, take charge of the office management and in time, as you progress we’ll be training you up to junior recruiter level with your own commission structure. Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role and have a basic understanding of the creative / marketing industry as a whole. If you have a graphic design or digital degree, this will be an absolute bonus! Best of all you’ll be working as part of a fast paced and friendly team in vibrant offices with an onsite fitness centre and sunny roof terrace.
