INTEGRATED CREATIVE DIRECTOR - £70K
We are working with one of the biggest brand experience agencies who are looking for an integrated Creative Director with a track record of developing ideas for big brands.
This is an exciting new role for the agency, working in unison with the experiential 2D & 3D Creatives, helping to integrate marketing communications into their live brand experience projects working with huge names within sport, automotive, FMCG, retail & travel.
We are looking for someone who is hungry, ambitious & highly strategic with creative vision and a flair for developing ideas that can live on social media & innovative technology.
The ideal person…
- Has a proven track record of developing ideas that win business, deliver on objectives and transcend culture – across multiple marketing channels
- Is an ambitious, conceptual thinker
- Has a strong understanding of all marketing communications channels and proven track record working on integrated campaigns that earn media coverage
- Sees ambition and opportunity in every brief and pushes their work to be better – from briefing to execution
- Must be equally comfortable directing concept teams/designers with an authority and clarity of vision, or tackling briefs personally on faster turnarounds
- Is a charismatic, immersive storyteller and pitcher/presenter
- Is a great team player and effective communicator
- Is a proactive problem-solver
- Is an experienced multi-tasker and can juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Can build rapport and trust with clients
