CREATIVE DIRECTOR / Permanent job / £75K
We are working on a truly exciting Creative Director job opportunity for a highly successful, progressive media & content company in West London. They own some of the best loved brands in the UK which engage in over 20 million passionate consumers eat month, offering them world-class content and innovative products and services.
From traditional advertising, TV and video to e-commerce and digital market places, they are creating exciting new experiences for their consumers, delivering effective solutions for their commercial partners and so growing the business.
The Creative Director will lead their award winning creative and content studio. This primary purpose of the role is to provide the creative spark to this commercial process and oversee the creative direction of all content created. You’ll love delivering for clients and relish the pitch process, understanding how to turn briefs and client objectives into brilliant ideas, pitches and award winning work.
You’ll be the face of creativity in the market for the company, will enjoy being out and about meeting their clients and be comfortable speaking at events and trade shows. The Creative Director will inject fresh ideas and energy into pitching for and executing both the complex campaigns and day to day work, ensuring they are continuing to push their creative boundaries and be their very best.
In addition to inspiring the team’s creativity and helping to deliver on commercial goals, the role involves leading the creative team which is made up of four functions – Design, Content, Video and Digital Production. This talented team produces all commercial content from native content, print, microsites, apps, cinemagraphs and supplements to TV ads and 3D videos.
The ideal person for this position is currently working as a Senior Art Director who’s ready for the next step in their career, who has a strong creative agency background, with sound commercial and customer understanding and who’s a truly creative leader.
