Business Development Manager- (Production Studio)

 

Our client – an award-winning Creative Production Studio – are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Manager to join their funky Farringdon offices to take their business to new heights! 

 

Life at this client is anything but predictable or monotonous! This position will allow you to constantly push onwards & upwards in the team and play a pivotal role in the growth of this amazing production studio. 

The two main focuses of this role will be generating leads and meetings for new business and converting these meetings into paid client work all whilst helping to develop and grow the existing client relationships by maintaining relationships and finding new opportunities.

 We are looking for a highly confident & strategic New Business Manager who has previously worked at well-respected creative agencies, preferably coming from a production studio background to join this remarkable client.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Extensively networking at agency and client events in order to generate awareness of the client’s brand
  • Researching and contacting new leads over LinkedIn, email & the phone
  • Arranging new business meetings with interested prospects, and being able to confidently and effectively hold new business meetings and presentations
  • Developing & growing relationships with existing clients in order to secure additional projects and revenue
  • Working closely with the team to co-create and execute the new business and marketing strategy reports and plans
  • Creating notes and reports on all internal meetings and keeping the rest of the studio fully aware of activity and progress
  • Maintaining the studio CRM system with completely up-to-date information on clients & contacts
  • Creating and seeking out PR opportunities for the company
  • Maintaining all social media channels for the agency and making sure that they are promoting the company’s reputation for strong creativity
  • Maintaining an awareness of how different clients and projects impact on the company’s revenue
