The main focus of the Business Development Manager is to grow new business within their client base as well as increase brand awareness and to promote the company.
Involved from the outset in growing new business, you’ll use your understanding of the company’s market and expertise to create and develop attractive marketing solutions that produce results.
You have strong communication skills that help you nurturing and building relationship that can be see as a partnership from both sides. Your understanding of the market will make you confidently pitching and presenting in front of clients' stakeholders where you'll be able to spot opportunities and potential area of development to grow the business.
The successful candidate will have a background within a creative or marketing agency, working with a blue chip client base.
As well as having knowledge of the industry, you will naturally be sales orientated and client facing with a good head for financial understanding.
