Job Description

We are working with the global leader in sports, entertainment and fashion who operate in more than 30 countries. Within the extensive company network which comprises of talent representation and management; brand marketing, sponsorship and licensing; media sales and distribution; event operation and management; and sports training.

Their full-service marketing agency has global network of offices including London, New York, Dubai, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Sydney. The agency develops and implements sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing campaigns for brands focused on B2B and B2C audiences. This is made up of teams spanning Experiential, Advertising and Branding, Sponsorships and Partnerships, Digital, PR and Influencer.

The Associate Creative Director - Copy (ACD Copy) will play a leading role in London, creating work for, and being the creative powerhouse on one of the agencies largest accounts. The successful candidate will work across their client’s incredible Global Sports Partnerships portfolio.

The candidate will be working on an international business that operates in multiple markets that has partnership interests across Golf, Formula 1, Cricket and many more sporting and culture touchpoints. Therefore an interest in sports and sporting culture is key. They will sit across an integrated client team that includes Design, Strategy and PR & Comms that spans London and Dubai offices.  Some international travel may be required.

This role is for a fresh, creative thinker, able to create ideas and concepts and help turn them into vibrant executions. It is important to be able to demonstrate experience working across all marketing channels and mediums with a contemporary take on creativity and create outstanding culture-led work.


  • Relevant years of experience working at or near Associate Creative Director level, preference with copy background (alternatively Art ) with a background of working either marketing/advertising/ experiential agencies.
  • Experience in, or exposure to, sports and entertainment marketing.
  • Equivalent ability gained at a leading agency as evidenced through a detailed portfolio.
