ARTWORKER - LONDON

We are looking for a skilled Artworker to work for a truly exciting full service, culture marketing agency based in Old Street, who describe themselves as "We are not only connected to what matters now, but we have access and influence into where people’s hearts and minds will be next. The Artworker will play an important role in the team, primarily creating designs on one of their largest and most important clients, working across their incredible Global Sports Partnerships portfolio.

The candidate will mainly be working on an international business that operates in multiple markets that has partnership interests across many sports, currently most active in Golf, but also branching out into Cricket, Motorsports and other sporting touchpoints.

The primary focus will be on the creation and execution of design solutions for print, online, social, content and may also include Experiential and PR.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a knowledgeable print and digital artworker to join this fast paced and established team. You'll have proven agency experience and a strong eye for detail, accuracy and consistency as well as a passion and keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail and consistency is a must.

The role:-

  • Work with the team to develop design solutions that answer and exceed client briefs.
  • Execution of design solutions for print, online, social, content, experiential, and PR projects.
  • Ensure standards for creative deliverables are maintained through to completion (concepts, layouts, final mechanicals, etc.)
  • Ensure creative work, presentations and decks are well designed and on-brand.
  • To respond quickly to business and client needs (e.g. short timescale projects, last-minute requests and  changes).
  • Collaborate, be a problem solver and contribute to the wider team creativity through sharing inspiration and contributing to creative ideation sessions.
  • Communicate with the Senior Designer, Creative Director, Project Manager and respective teams ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the job. Ensure that projects are housed in compliance with the server rules and regulations.

What’s expected from the Artworker:

  • Proven experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint for both print and digital applications.
  • Meet with account managers or clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • You are experienced in taking existing designs to final artwork delivery consistent with brand guidelines, both print materials and digital
  • Ability to create or amend design work, ensuring accuracy of all content and layout
  • Planning and prioritising various tasks to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ensure that all work is tonally appropriate to meet the client brand guidelines.
