We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work within one of London’s top corporate communications agencies. Working with one of their client teams, you will be leading the delivery of high calibre, multi-channel communications solutions for a varied and blue-chip client base. This can include annual reports, branding projects, digital marketing, employee communications and website content.

The role of the Account Manager will require you to engage with senior stakeholders and provide you with the opportunity to develop and intimate understanding of your client’s strategy and business model as well as a deep understanding of best practise and market trends. In time you will have the opportunity to work with their increasing overseas clients and will also have the opportunity to develop your career within this growing and highly ambitious agency.

The ideal person for this role is someone highly motivated and ambitious with excellent academics, a curious and innovative mind and a desire to learn about best practise corporate comms. As an Account Manager your responsibilities will be to successfully manage the delivery of mixed-media projects, providing exemplary client services at all time. You’ll be managing each project stage from working with internal teams on the development of creative concepts through to managing the turnaround processes are accurately implemented to ensure perfect delivery of projects.

You’ll be proactively building strong client relationships, leading client meetings and conference calls, seeking ways to extend their client’s expectations as well as maintaining the current high levels of client satisfaction.


  • You will have a minimum 2.1 degree
  • Solid agency or client side experience within marketing communications
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fully conversant with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
