Our client is a TOP design agency, delivering creative solution to a variety of business, from their fast-paced, buzzling London based studio, looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
They’re looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and proactive Account Manager, who will be dealing with existing clients making sure to retain, build and grow relationships.
The Account Manager will be taking briefs, advising clients on possible solutions, working together with Designers and internal stakeholders and making sure to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Advertising or agency background is essential as well as demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
You will be working closely with clients, developing a trusted and solid relationship, that can be viewed by both sides as a partnership.
You have ability to act as a consultant and taking care of client satisfaction as well as use your diplomacy to make sure any potential issues are addressed by retaining a positive relationship with the client.
You will have a thorough understanding of the creative industries, its media channels and products and will able to deal with printers as well as designers at all levels.
This is a permanent role, salary brackets between £ 30K and £ 35K.
