We are looking for an Account Director to join a vibrant, midsize, full-service marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
Working with this leading and innovative marketing agency, the role will involve management of a number of the key accounts within the agency in a variety of sectors such as financial services, pharmaceutical and FMCG. Working effectivelywith their integrated teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered to agreed timescales and inline client briefs.
We are looking for an Account Director with experience in the following:-

Senior account handler, ideally with knowledge of the financial services sector, and experience of agency processes

Proven ability to sustain and develop valuable Client relationships

Demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation and creative thinking

Strong understanding of the creative processes

Work collaboratively within a highly motivated agency team

Interpret a brief and add value through innovation and experience

Write effective, compelling presentations and proposals

Strong presentation skills and an ability to develop compelling client strategies

Confident and personable with excellent Client facing skills

Line management / development experience

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Proven ability to deliver to deadlines and within budget
