Exciting job opportunity for a Studio Workflow Coordinator to join a huge London based property company.A prestigious company with an excellent reputation, who has been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK!You’ll be working within their Marketing team and more specifically their in-house Design Studio.

We are looking for a Workflow Co-Ordinator who excels in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders whilst having a keen eye for detail. You take pleasure in ensuring the smooth flow of work through a creative business. 

You’ll be working as part of a talented and motivated team of in-house designers, artworkers, and video editors to deliver a breadth of Marketing work for the business across multiple brands and business areas.

Your key responsibility is to successfully manage the flow of tasks through the studio, allocating resources to deliver projects on time.

 

What we need from you: 

 

  • Supporting the Creative lead design and Head of Design Services and Marketing Projects ensuring processes are followed 

  • Taking ownership of the workflow into the creative team, prioritising jobs 

  • Running daily studio meetings to check everyone’s on track. 

  • Reporting on the status of concurrent projects to multiple stakeholders 

  • Working with marketing teams, taking responsibility for design work pipeline and ensuring everyone knows what they’re doing, why and by when. 

  • Experience with taking briefs and liaising with stakeholders on missing information

  • Agreeing timelines and managing stakeholders expectations 

  • Clear communications and strong organisation skills. 

  • A love for developing and maintaining great working relationships within the team and with stakeholders.

  • An understanding of how creative work gets made and delivered. 

  • Be able to support the Creative Lead Designer and senior team with confidence, reporting on the status of multiple projects to multiple stakeholders 

  • You will have at least 2+ years’ experience as a traffic or workflow co-ordinator within a creative team.
